This one-hour consultation can be customized depending on your specific needs. It can be a detailed analysis of your space where you and I will discuss ideas and come up with a design starting point, or a brainstorming session to help solve specific design questions that can all be covered in this one meeting. The choice is up to you! 

This could include but are not limited to in the time allotted:

  • Space planning

  • Paint color selection

  • Furniture layout 

  • Choosing materials such as tile, light & plumbing fixtures 

  • Flooring selection

  • Window treatment selection

  • Styling tips

  • Realistic budget planning for future design projects

  • A follow up email with notes, pictures and ideas from our time together.

 After our initial consultation, I will create a design plan for your room that is detailed below. The cost of this package depends on the size and scope of the room.

This would include but are not limited to: 

  • Selecting Items for the room such as furniture, decor, artwork, lighting, etc.

  • A Design board 

  • Product links

  • A 3D Design showcasing the vision for your space with one revision

  • Ordering furniture and items for the space.

This is the most comprehensive design package where we work together 
from the initial planning phase all the way through to completion. After the initial design consultation to discuss the scope of the project, we will develop your custom design plan and select all materials and finishes. We will have a follow up in person meeting to review the plan and make sure everything looks perfect. After you sign off on the final selections, I will start executing the design plan. I will take care of all the ordering so you can sit back and relax. Once all items have arrived, I can finalize the plan by styling the room so you can just relax and enjoy your new space!

Full service design includes but are
not limited to:

  • 3D rendering of room(s) to show layout and scale of items

  • Product ordering

  • Project management with weekly communication 

  • Design board with product links 

  • One round of revisions 

  • In person final design meeting to review plan before purchasing

  • Coordinating white glove delivery

  • Styling and installation

  • The "Big Reveal" at completion of the project
